Meet Your Instructor
Ervin Hagan, founder of America’s Rifle Consulting Group with 23 years of active service in the U.S. Army. His service began as an Infantryman with the 3rd Infantry Regiment (The Old Guard). From there he went on to 1st Battalion 325th Airborne Infantry Regiment "Red Falcons" to the 82nd Airborne Division (All Americans). After completion of SFQC "Q course", he was assigned to 3rd Special Forces Group as a Weapons Sergeant and later Intelligence Sergeant.

His career took him across the globe with multiple deployments from NATO led peacekeeping in Kosovo, (Operation Joint Guardian). To the Global War on Terror with five Combat tours in Afghanistan, and three counter-narcotic/insurgency missions in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.

Ervin's awards and decorations include but not limited to the Special Forces Tab, Green Beret, Purple Heart, Bronze Star Medal (x3), Combat Infantry Badge, Expert Infantry Badge, Parachutist Badge, Air Assault Badge, Military Freefall Badge (HALO) and the Canadian Commander-in-Chief Unit Commendation. ​
