TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Payment, Cancellation and Refund
America's Rifle Consulting Group requires payment for training courses at the time of registration with a no refund policy. If you cannot attend your class that you have registered for, you may reschedule within a period of 180 days based on class availability.
Denial of Training
America's Rifle Consulting Group reserves the right to remove any student based on misconduct including, but not limited to failure to comply with classroom and range rules, displayed or detected use of alcohol or any drugs other than prescribed, obvious or determined unstable mental faculties, obvious or determined inability to safely handle a firearm, etc. In addition, the instructor may remove any student based on his or her determination that an unsafe act is likely to be committed. Any student removed from training based on the above will not be refunded any registration fee.
Liability Waiver
On the student's scheduled training date, he or she will receive a packet which will include a RELEASE OF LIABILITY form from both America's Rifle Consulting Group and Low Country Preserve. This form will be required to be signed and presented to your instructor prior to the beginning of training.
America's Rifle Consulting Group reserves the right to cancel scheduled courses at any time and will refund full payment to all registered students if cancellation becomes necessary.
