The primary focus of this course will be learning how to safely draw from a holster, and choosing a holster for your specific needs. You will then know how to safely load, reload, and unload a handgun. You will learn the fundamentals of stance, grip, sight picture, sight alignment, and trigger control. (Please wear pants with pockets and belt loops, and closed toe shoes)

 

Class Length: 4 hours

Come build on your skills you learned from H-1. In this course you will learn to move then shoot, target transitions, malfunction clearances, and reload techniques (Please wear pants with pockets and belt loops, and closed toe shoes)

DEFENSIVE HANDGUN:  $210    REGISTER HERE

This is an advanced level course designed to survive a deadly force encounter. During this course you will learn to shoot on the move, proper use of cover and concealment, alternate shooting positions, such as kneeling, sitting, etc.  You will also learn to shoot dominate and non-dominate hand with reload techniques.  Application of tourniquet use instruction included in this course.  (Please wear pants with pockets and belt loops, and closed toe shoes)

 

CLASS LENGTH: 7 Hours

 

PREREQUISITES:

  • Minimum of H2 required (Consideration of equivalent training from an outside training facility - please note instructors will determine if said training is acceptable)

 

REQUIREMENTS FOR CLASS:  We strongly recommend the use of a full size or compact handgun

CONCEALED CARRY PERFORMANCE:  $210    REGISTER HERE

This course will provide you with the skills necessary to survive a deadly encounter while carrying a concealed handgun.

During this course you will learn draw techniques from a concealed carry standpoint. You will learn to draw from a seated position (such as in a vehicle), using inside (IWB) and outside (OWB) the waistband holsters. How to engage multiple targets, verbal communication techniques, along with close quarter engagement.  Also, discussions on weapon mounted lights (WML) and handheld (HH) lights. We will cover off body carry alternatives including purses, fanny packs and sling bags as well. (Please wear pants with pockets and belt loops, and closed toe shoes)

 

CLASS LENGTH: 7 Hours

Minimum of DH required (Consideration of equivalent training from an outside training facility - please note instructors will determine if said training is acceptable)

RIFLE 1:  $160   REGISTER HERE

This is an introductory level course specifically designed for the AR rifle style platform. This course is geared toward the new AR owner or someone looking to refresh their skills. During this course you will learn to zero your rifle, loading and unloading techniques, bolt lock reloads, understanding maintenance, proper use of slings, and mechanical offset. (Please wear pants with pockets and belt loops, and closed toe shoes)

 

CLASS LENGTH: 4 Hours

RIFLE 2:  $160   REGISTER HERE

This course builds upon the skills of R1. This class is not a defensive class, but more focused on rifle fundamentals.

Specially designed to help students comfortably shoot up to 50 yards.  You will learn low and high ready positions, bolt lock reloads, target transitions, rifle malfunctions, along with move then shoot techniques. We will cover equipment considerations. (Please wear pants with pockets and belt loops, and closed toe shoes)

 

CLASS LENGTH: 4 Hours

DEFENSIVE RIFLE:  $210   REGISTER HERE

This is an advanced level class designed to teach the fundamentals of defensive rifle shooting and engagement. Students will learn to quickly and accurately engage targets, learn the proper use of cover, use alternate shooting positions, perform bolt lock reloads, and bilateral shooting. You will also have the knowledge and understanding of a defensive rifle setup. Also, rifle to pistol transitions, and timed graded events. (Please wear pants with pockets and belt loops, and closed toe shoes)

This training class will equip you with the knowledge and understanding of your handgun. It will also assist you with any questions and concerns for your new purchase.

RED DOT ADVANTAGE: $210   REGISTER HERE

Welcome to the 21st Century......Learn to shoot with a Red Dot! During this course you will learn the perfect draw and presentation in order to acquire your optic dot, while increasing your situational awareness and accuracy, along with maintaining target focus.  Learn down optic techniques, zeroing procedures and industry optic choices available to you.  

(Please wear pants with pockets and belt loops, and closed toe shoes)

Low Power Variable Optic (LPVO): $210   REGISTER HERE

Intro to LPVO (Low Powered Variable Optics) learn all about the benefits and capabilities of a rifle equipped with an LPVO can do for you.  This class is designed to help you gain confidence and knowledge based on the purpose of your rifle set-up such as hunting, shooting longer distances, and or defensive situations. 

 

Learning objectives include properly mounting the optic, first focal versus second focal plane, parallax and diopter adjustments, understanding when to use magnification, close quarters shooting techniques, understanding your reticle design, offset red dot versus piggyback and ammo selection.  

(Please wear pants with pockets and belt loops, and closed toe shoes)
